Job description
GlaxoSmithKline is hiring a Patient Access Manager to serve as the primary contact for patients and caregivers across the Oncology portfolio within the US. This field-based role guides onboarding, coverage discussions, and access support, ensuring patients start and stay on therapy while aligning with HIPAA and compliance requirements.
You'll educate providers on payer policies, manage enrollment and prior authorizations, and coordinate with back-office teams to resolve barriers.
