Job description
Crosslake Community School Online Program is seeking a dedicated Online Learning Coach at 0.4 FTE (16 hours/week). The role focuses on fostering relationships, promoting consistent engagement, and monitoring academic progress in a fully online environment to help students stay on track.
Responsibilities include MTSS participation, onboarding students, data-driven interventions, coordinating with families and staff, and supporting a mission of environmental education.
