Job description

Fidelis Companies is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support ophthalmology trials. You will monitor 10+ sites, ensure compliance with study protocols and ICH-GCP, and manage data entry and query resolution in EDC systems.

This role combines on-site and remote duties with significant travel requirements and collaboration across Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Medical Affairs. The ideal candidate holds a life sciences degree, 5+ years of independent monitoring experience
