Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national subject matter expert and strategic adviser across the brokerage. The role partners with Divisional and Regional Leadership to advance objectives, standardize workflows, and drive efficiency in Commercial P&C operations.
The ideal candidate will have a 5–7+ year track record in operational leadership within a large brokerage, hold an active P&C license, and preferably CPCU/CIC.
