Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a remote, contract role to lead an enterprise Oracle CCB upgrade from 2.7 to the latest on‑prem release with a post‑upgrade cloud-readiness assessment. You will partner with internal teams, a System Integrator, and software vendors to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, security, and governance objectives are met.
