Job description
Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead an enterprise Oracle Customer Care & Billing upgrade. This contract role is remote and will coordinate cross-functional teams, a System Integrator, and software vendors to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
You will drive governance, manage risks, oversee testing, and deliver a post-upgrade cloud-readiness assessment, with responsibility for cutover planning and knowledge transfer.
