Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead an enterprise Oracle CCB upgrade on a multi-year timeline. This remote contract role requires coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams, a System Integrator, and software vendors to meet scope, schedule, budget, and governance objectives.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience, strong communication and vendor-management skills, and familiarity with Oracle CCB or similar billing systems.
