Job description
Expert Technology Services seeks a seasoned Oracle HCM Consultant to lead and implement Fusion HCM solutions across Core HR, Security, and multiple HCM modules. You will design reports, support payroll analytics, and manage security architectures for large enterprise environments.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience (5+ in Cloud HCM), strong stakeholder skills, and hands-on work with OIC, HDL/HSDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher. Remote-ready with potential for contract-to-hire.
