Job description
Kaygen, Inc. in Irvine, CA, seeks an Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant (SW Dev) to gather and map requirements, analyze, and craft design documents for Oracle Fusion changes.
You will implement new HR processes in Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits, coordinating with management and partners to prioritize enhancements. You will lead user sessions for requirements and testing (UAT), create test plans, and provide global HRIS support and documentation.
