Job description
MB2 Dental is seeking a Director of Orthodontic Operations to drive performance across affiliated practices in the Western region. You will partner with Orthodontist owners to achieve growth, operational excellence, and exceptional patient care, while traveling up to 50% to support sites and initiatives.
The role requires 7+ years in orthodontic operations, multi-site leadership, and strong P&L skills, with a collaborative, results-driven leadership style.
