Job description
A virtual mental health practice is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide remote outpatient therapy. This role offers predictable W-2 compensation, flexible scheduling, and minimal administrative burden. Clinicians will practice independently while having access to clinical leadership for support. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing an outpatient caseload and will need to have multiple active state licenses. Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $70K–$90K and a variety of benefits.
