Job description
TEKsystems seeks an experienced Transport Network Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize packet-optical networks across metro and long-haul paths. You will validate fiber routes, perform OSNR/power budget calculations, and engineer DWDM/ROADM networks on Ciena/Nokia platforms.
Responsibilities include deploying fiber transport infrastructure, migrating from SONET/TDM to OTN/IP, troubleshooting impairments, and validating 400G/800G coherent tech.
