Job description
Ennoble Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a remote palliative care position. You will coordinate care, monitor symptoms, and educate patients and families via telephone and telehealth, under RN/provider supervision.
The ideal candidate is an LPN with experience in palliative/hospice settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
