Job description
Allstate’s Litigation Services team seeks a Paralegal Specialist to support Michigan No‑Fault defense cases remotely. You’ll manage the litigation life cycle, from answering complaints to discovery and trial readiness, with mentorship from experienced attorneys in a fast‑paced environment.
You’ll draft pleadings, conduct legal research, review medical records, and coordinate with clients, adjusters, and providers. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of No‑Fault rules are essential.
