Job description
Pair Team is seeking a part-time Family Physician contractor to supervise Nurse Practitioners and support a multidisciplinary care model for high-need patients. You will contribute to a Medicare program rollout across multiple states and provide virtual care for Medicare patients with chronic and complex needs.
