Job description
Precision Collective is seeking an experienced Retirement and Benefits Counselor to support Department of the Navy civilian personnel. This is a part-time, primarily remote role based in the Washington, DC area.
You will advise on FEHB, FEGLI, TSP, FSA, and CSRS/FERS, review service time and retirement packages, prepare materials, and brief Navy personnel. A Bachelor’s degree and Office 365 proficiency are required. Experience with federal benefits programs is preferred.
