Confidential Employer in the United States seeks an experienced Patent Prosecution Attorney to draft and prosecute U.S. patent applications across electrical, computer, software, controls, and electromechanical technologies. This remote, full-time opportunity partners with corporate clients and international portfolios.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of patent prosecution, active USPTO registration, and a J.D. with strong drafting, analytical, and technical communication skills.
