Job description

GRAIL is seeking a highly driven Payer Engagement Account Director to own and advance a pipeline of payer opportunities. This remote role requires traveling 30%–40% to support access‑enabling activities and engage with payer accounts across markets, reporting to the Senior Director, Payer Engagement.

The position demands a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in payer engagement or related fields, and a proven track record of closing payer negotiations that yield expanded coverage. MBA/MD/PhD preferred.
