Job description
Blackbird Health is seeking an Intake Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver thorough psychiatric intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to educate families about care options and establish individualized treatment plans from day one.
This fully remote role requires PMHNP-BC certification, a master’s in nursing, and at least one year of independent practice under licensure, with active licenses in NJ/PA/VA/MD.
