Job description
Blackbird Health is seeking a remote Intake Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to perform comprehensive pediatric intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults. You will educate families, plan care, and ensure smooth transitions into ongoing treatment within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
