Job description
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a People & Culture Manager to lead HR operations in a fully remote role. You will provide policies, guidance, and strategic HR support across the organization, ensuring compliance and efficient processes.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in HR or Business Administration, a Master's preferred, at least 3 years HR experience, and familiarity with Workday and ATS. Salary ranges $68k–$88k per year.
