Job description
Achieve is a leading digital personal finance company. We are seeking a Sr. Inside Sales - Personal Loan Consultant who turns warm leads into high earnings through a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
This role offers an uncapped commission structure and a total compensation of $85,000–$130,000+ per year, with hybrid work in the Phoenix metro and remote options in TX and FL. You will own your pipeline, manage up to 20 active transactions, and aim to close deals in 1–2 calls.
