Job description
Upperline Health is seeking a motivated PRN Pharmacist to support Medicare beneficiaries in our accountable care organization. You will perform interactive, patient-centered MTM reviews and evaluate drug therapy to optimize outcomes.
This remote role requires CA licensure. Hours will align with Pacific Time Zone, and you will collaborate with a diverse care team to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care.
