Job description
Upperline Health is seeking a motivated PRN Pharmacist to support Medicare beneficiaries in our accountable care organization. You will perform interactive, patient-centered medication reviews by phone and evaluate therapies to optimize drug outcomes while reducing costs.
This role requires organization, self-motivation, and a personable, collaborative approach within a fast-paced care team. Remote work in California with Pacific Time alignment.
