Job description
IQVIA is seeking a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative for a remote, contract role. You will handle payment assistance like co-pay cards, activate cards, determine program eligibility, and explain benefits while troubleshooting submission rejections.
Role requires Pharmacy Technician experience, HIPAA certification, and call center background. Shifts are 8-5, 9-6, 10-7, or 11-8 EST; full-time hours are expected.
