Job description
CREtelligent seeks contractors for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) to support commercial real estate diligence. You will perform site visits, review historical records, and prepare comprehensive reports in alignment with ASTM E and related scopes.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Phase I ESA experience, familiarity with Quire templates, and strong technical writing skills to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
