Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a remote Senior Coding Supervisor to lead Physician Organization Shared Services' professional billing coding operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
The ideal candidate will hold CPC or CCS-P, have 5 years in coding leadership, strong Epic experience, and focus on denial management while coaching the team. This role partners with physicians and billing leadership to improve reimbursement and data integrity.
