Job description
Humana Inc. is seeking a Physician Collaborator to support CenterWell Senior Primary Care in a fully remote role with light monthly hours. You will collaborate with APPs to provide wraparound services for fracture patients and report to the Associate Director.
The ideal candidate holds an MD or DO, board certification or eligibility, and an unrestricted medical license in KY, TN, MO, NC, TX, or IN, with 2+ years of experience coordinating with mid-level clinicians.
