Job description
Humana Inc. is seeking a Physician Collaborator for CenterWell Senior Primary Care. This fully remote role entails approximately 5 hours of work monthly and reports to the Associate Director.
You will collaborate with APPs delivering virtual wraparound services to support patients who recently had fractures and cannot meet their PCP. The position requires MD/DO training, medical licensure across specified states, and board status.
