Independent Contractor OpportunityInbound Calls Only Are you dependable, technically prepared, and serious about creating a flexible work-from-home income opportunity? We are accepting applications from experienced customer-service professionals who can support major nonprofit fundraising campaigns as independent Donation Processors or Pledge Drive Specialists. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who can manage their own schedules, follow a proven system, maintain accuracy, and consistently meet professional performance standards. No Outbound Calls, Selling, or Solicitation Every donor interaction is strictly inbound. You will not be expected to: Make outbound calls Cold-call or contact donor prospects Solicit donations Generate leads Sell products or services Donors initiate the calls voluntarily in response to active nonprofit campaigns. Your role begins when the donor calls to make a donation or pledge.What Successful Specialists DoAnswer inbound donor calls professionallyFollow approved scripts without unnecessary deviationAccurately record donation and pledge informationConfirm names, contact details, and transaction informationMove confidently between required computer systemsProtect donor privacy and confidential informationMaintain quality and compliance standardsArrive on time for every accepted servicing intervalMeet campaign performance expectationsRequirements Minimum Qualifications Applicants must possess:A high school diploma or GEDAt least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experienceStrong verbal communication skillsProfessional phone etiquetteAccurate typing and data-entry abilitiesThe ability to listen, speak, and navigate systems simultaneouslyDependability and strong personal accountabilityThe ability to work independentlyA quiet, dedicated workspaceComputer and Internet Requirements Required equipment includes:Windows 11 desktop or laptopMinimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommendedNoise-canceling USB headsetReliable wired high-speed internetDirect Ethernet connectionDual monitors are recommendedThe following are not permitted: MacBooks, Chromebooks, Tablets, Wi-Fi-only internet connections, Shared or distraction-filled workspacesPlease confirm your eligibility before purchasing equipment.
