Job description
Affect is transforming behavioral health care with 100% virtual treatment. We seek a PMHNP to provide evidence-based care for substance use and mental health disorders via telehealth, collaborating with a care team.
You’ll conduct evaluations, prescribe medications as appropriate (Suboxone), participate in team meetings, and obtain multi-state licensure as needed. Active Illinois PMHNP license and DEA registration required. Remote role with flexible scheduling and HIPAA-compliant setup.
