Job description
LifeStance Health seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient mental health services through telemedicine and in-person visits. You will manage an autonomous caseload with flexible scheduling and play a critical role within LifeStance Health’s clinical team.
Applicants must be licensed in Indiana as an APRN with PMHNP board certification, hold an active IN DEA, and have 1+ year of PMHNP experience post-training.
