Job description
Headlight seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to diagnose, treat, and supervise mental health care. You will provide individual and group therapy, prescribe medications as needed, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
The role includes a base salary range of $145,000 to $203,800 plus a monthly billed-hour bonus, with flexible work options including hybrid or remote arrangements.
