Job description
Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join the Integrated Clinical Care Team. The PMHNP will diagnose, treat, and prescribe for patients with mental health concerns, developing comprehensive plans and collaborating with staff to improve care delivery.
Responsibilities include crisis intervention, outpatient care, medication management, and therapy delivery with monthly follow-ups.
