Job description
Affect is transforming behavioral health care by delivering 100% virtual treatment via mobile app and care team. As a PMHNP in Oregon you will provide evidence-based care for substance use and mental health disorders through telehealth, with collaboration from counselors, therapists and case managers.
You must hold an active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Oregon and have at least 2 years of relevant experience, with Suboxone prescribing and active DEA registration.
