Job description
UnitedHealth Group’s Optum Home & Community Care is seeking a Behavioral Health APC (PMHNP) to join an interdisciplinary team delivering home-based psychiatric care within a population health model.
You will conduct telehealth-based evaluations, diagnose and treat, provide bridge stabilization, and collaborate with RNs, social workers, and other providers. Georgia licensure preferred; remote work available, with benefits and career growth opportunities.
