Job description
Remote Care Partners is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our fully remote virtual care team. You will conduct adult virtual visits, oversee RPM/CCM programs, and lead weight management consults to improve patient outcomes.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of NP experience, an active APRN license in SC/VA/GA, and comfort using telehealth and EHR systems. Additional licenses are encouraged and licensure costs are reimbursed.
