Job description
Helprise is seeking a Process Excellence Lead to spearhead process improvement initiatives within their operations team in New York. This role requires a data-driven professional with over 5 years of experience in Project Management and Continuous Improvement. You will manage complex projects, implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and ensure operational readiness for key changes.
The successful candidate will also have a relevant certification and be capable of designing business processes that enhance user experience while minimizing risk.
