Position Overview
As a Remote Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects for our clients. You will work closely with our team of consultants and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a part-time, remote position, which offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Collaborate with consultants to develop project plans and strategies
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or risks
- Ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and team members
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all project files are organized and up-to-date
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking
- Provide support to consultants and clients as needed to ensure project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working remotely is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
