Compensation

Per‑appointment pay range: $120 – $270.
Qualifications
Current PMHNP license in the state(s) you wish to practice.
DEA license or willingness to obtain one.
Requirements
Current PMHNP license in the state(s) you wish to practice.
DEA license or willingness to obtain one.
NPI number.
CAQH profile.
Medical malpractice insurance.
