Job description
Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Business Development Manager – Pumps to drive HP Pumps growth across North America. You will leverage SEEPEX network, expand distributor and channel partnerships, train sales teams, and create sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities include identifying target markets, managing a strong sales pipeline, supporting key accounts, and collaborating with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to shape future offerings.
