Job description
Kids First is expanding its team and seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with clients in home and clinic settings under BCBA supervision. You will create program materials, implement treatment procedures, collect data, and support parent training while maintaining HIPAA and BACB ethical standards.
Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years of ABA experience with children aged 3–18, strong communication skills, and proficiency in data reporting and common software tools.
