Brighton Jones is seeking Lead Advisors in Salt Lake City, Utah, to join a client-focused team. This role requires a CFP® certification and at least 6 years of experience in financial or estate planning. You will act as a Personal CFO, managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Compensation includes a base salary of $150K – $350K+, profit sharing, and generous employee benefits such as medical coverage, equity ownership opportunities, and paid parental leave.
