The START Center for Cancer Research in Richmond, VA is seeking a Director of Nursing & Study Operations. This executive role leads nursing teams, data coordinators, and study operations to ensure compliant, efficient, and high-quality patient care and trial conduct.
You will partner with Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Site Development to support study growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining patient-centered care across clinical workflows.
