Job description
Thrivent Financial is offering a spring part-time Recruiting Internship to support the Talent Acquisition team, with exposure to the recruiting lifecycle, cross-team collaboration, and opportunities to contribute to candidate experience and process improvements.
You will work with the Advisor Growth Center of Excellence and regional leaders to learn recruiting fundamentals, coordinate onboarding, and gain hands-on experience with Workday and CRM tooling in a mission-driven organization.
