Job description
Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Supervisor of Referrals to lead the referrals and authorizations team. You will supervise processing, coordinate activities and prioritize caseload to optimize resources, while guiding the team to meet performance standards.
The role requires U.S. citizenship for the DoD contract, interim security clearance, and TRICARE experience, with travel to Humana offices for training as needed. Schedule is 40 hours per week, with a competitive base pay.
