Job description
Prestige Healthcare is seeking a Regional Case Manager (RN) to remotely manage a caseload of managed care patients in long-term care. You’ll coordinate with regional and corporate teams to implement managed care processes, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with contracts.
The role requires RN credentials (preferred) with strong organization and communication skills, plus experience in Medicaid/Medicare and MDS. Remote, nationwide opportunity with a supportive corporate team.
