Job description
Optiv is seeking a Regional Director to lead sales across the South-Central region from a Texas base. Remote work is possible, with preference for Houston or Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will drive multi-year security engagements, build a robust pipeline, and lead teams to forecast accurately.
Ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in security tech sales, strong executive relationships, and a proven ability to develop and close complex deals while aligning with Optiv’s Force Management approach.
