Job description

Gillis is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead strategic, outbound sales for six hotels across Canada and/or the USA. The role is home-based, with occasional in-market travel and reports to an Executive Director of Sales Performance.

Base salary is $70K USD with quarterly incentives and an annual profit-sharing bonus. 31 paid days off, comprehensive benefits, and team offsites accompany a dynamic, supportive culture.
