Job description
Sanofi is seeking a Regional Business Director for Hematology/Oncology to lead a field-based team and drive strategic account plans across key accounts in the US. The role emphasizes coaching Area Business Managers, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with V&A, Marketing, PSS and Medical to meet revenue targets.
You will develop and deploy regional strategies, build executive relationships with KOLs, and ensure exemplary execution of account plans in a fast-paced, compliant environment.
